The goal of the course was to provide an overview of current research on the components of the ubiquitin and ubiquitin-like post-translational modification systems and proteasomal degradation and their involvement in basic cellular processes, such regulation of genome integrity, cell growth, apoptosis, receptor trafficking and autophagy, and will review the involvement of pathologies including neurodegeneration, inflammation and cancer.
RUBICON GRADUATE COURSE
