General description: See under participant description. Role in RUBICON: DDF plans and manages drug discovery programs. The aim is to elucidate the binding characteristics of the interaction between Growth Hormone Receptor and beta-TrCP at the molecular and cellular level. The final goal is to find/design a drug that can specifically disturb this interaction without interfering with the interaction of beta-TrCP with other substrates in the cell.
