We thank 125 network members for their active participation during the 33 lectures and the 57 poster presentations. We are sure that the personal interaction between network members contributes to create the environment for discovering and clarifying the role of the ubiquitin and ubiquitin-like modifiers in cellular regulation: RUBICON.

The enthusiastic participation of the network members during the poster sessions in the evenings, created the right atmosphere to clarify doubts and to promote collaborations. We have also the opportunity of experiencing the differences in weather of Sant Feliu de Guixols, from the sunny days to the torrential showers; we only missed the snow that arrived last Monday. Moreover, we could admire the art of Salvador Dali. Everybody agreed that it was a very successful plenary meeting.
