Core Facilities

The first “Core facilities” of the Rubicon NoE are open to project members. Four partner institutions offer a variety of services, ranging from the production of peptides and antibodies to protein crystallization, expressional analysis in tissue arrays at favourable conditions to NoE members and the access to a Protocols Database.

Rubicon currently has five main Core Facilities; The Crystallisation Facility at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI), Expression Profiling by Tissue Microarray (IFOM), Peptide Libraries (Pepscan), Peptide Sythesis and Antibody Production (BIOMOL) and The Protocols Repository Database (IFOM).

The Core Facilities are accessed through the links on the left. There are also instructions on how to access relevant files for each core facility for Rubicon members.
