General description:
With a first degree in chemistry, an M.Res. in bio-inorganic chemistry, a Ph.D. in molecular biology, and postdoctoral experience in enzyme biochemistry, Dr Nicholson has a very broad range of interest and expertise. Current interests and responsibilities focus on the expression, purification, and analysis of the many proteins implicated in the various ubiquitin and ubiquitin-like enzyme cascades.
Role in RUBICON:
The primary contact for all protein and enzyme-related issues, advice, and requirements. Direct day-to-day supervision of the RUBICON funded post-doctoral researcher.
